By creating an account or using VitalAI, you confirm that:

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Subscription Plans

Cancellation

All content, features, and functionality of VitalAI (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software) are owned by BaseOne Media Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any health data, photos, or content you upload. By using VitalAI, you grant us a limited license to use your data to provide and improve the Service. We will never sell your personal data.

6. AI-Generated Recommendations

VitalAI uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized health and fitness recommendations. You acknowledge that:

8. Third-Party Integrations

VitalAI integrates with third-party services (Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, etc.). You acknowledge that:

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

For EU residents: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of VitalAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you must stop using the Service.
